Bob Elliott, owner of Custom Concrete Designs CCD, donated labor and Guy C. Lee with manager Bryan Strickland, donated building materials valued at $500 to start construction of the foundation for the Veterans' Memorial on August 4, 2015.  Concrete was poured on August 19 with Clark Granger, owner of Argos Concrete Manufacturing, providing Ready Mix concrete valued at approximately $1,800; Van Fulford, owner of Fulford  Concrete Pumping, providing pumping services valued at approximately $500; and Custom Concrete Designs CCD again donating the skilled labor to set the foundation.

Silver Coast Winery on June 26, 2015 donated $1,836 to the Veterans' Memorial.  This represents the proceeds from the sale of a special production run of red, blush, and white wines with labels to Honor America's Veterans.  Silver Coast Winery donated $3 for each bottle sold.
